Hi, the last transacted sale for the block was on Feb 2024 for sale at $405k, whereas the rental ranges from $2.4k to $3.5k in the past year with most of the rental falling at below the $3k range.
This can provide a reference and guide to pricing your unit.

Hi,

Is your unit the 3A model? If so recent comparable transactions are approximately $400k, it also depends on size, actual level, facing and interior condition and any ethnic quota restrictions. Rent wise looking around 2500 to 3000 range

Rental price depends on the condition of the unit, furnishing options and the profile of the tenants.
